Document the dotfiles cvs2svn conversion.

Revisions 458 - 866 are a result of converting my mh cvs repository |

(which is in fact started as a copy of the nmh cvs repository) with |

cvs2svn. That is why we see the jump from 2002-10-17 back to |

1999-04-30 between revisions 457 and 458. These revision were created |

by first running cvs2svn on the cvs repo to create a svn repo. I then |

dumped that repo and loaded it into this repo. |

Revisions 868 - 1405 are a result of another cvs2svn conversion. I |

used the same procedure as with mh. This time the repo i converted |

was the dotfiles directory from my personal cvs repository. |
