sbr/dtimep.l: Remove redundant wrapping parenthesis in definitions.

It's been decades since a lex(1) didn't follow POSIX and treat `{foo}'
as parenthesis surrounding foo's definition.  Other nmh lex files work
without the extra wrapping.
