	* Move mhtest from bindir to libdir.

	* Move sendfiles from libdir to bindir.

	* Updated sendfiles manpage to reflect this change.

	* Added documentation for -build and -file switches to repl and
	  forw manpages (patch from Peter Maydell).

	* Fixed interaction between specifying -cc in profile and -group on
	  command-line.
