From 426909810ab50054d49cbcaf712f500933e70637 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Ralph Corderoy Date: Mon, 17 Apr 2017 14:53:28 +0100 Subject: [PATCH] Don't ignore bit 5 of a char when comparing alias names. Use tolower(3) instead. http://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/nmh-workers/2017-03/msg00050.html --- uip/aliasbr.c | 2 +- 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/uip/aliasbr.c b/uip/aliasbr.c index 0c1c6ba8..f523fbc5 100644 --- a/uip/aliasbr.c +++ b/uip/aliasbr.c @@ -165,7 +165,7 @@ aleq (char *string, char *aliasent) while ((c = *string++)) { if (*aliasent == '*') return 1; - if ((c | 040) != (*aliasent | 040)) + if (tolower((unsigned char)c) != tolower((unsigned char)*aliasent)) return 0; aliasent++; } -- 2.56.0
