   9     MHPOPDEBUG (use -snoop command line switch instead)
  10     MM_NOASK (use -nolist and -nopause command line switches instead)
  11     NOMHNPROC (use -nocheckmime command line switch instead)
  12     FACEPROC (undocumented faceproc feature removed)
