   4     The Makefile assumes you have LaTeX on your system.  LaTeX is Leslie
   5     Lamport's macro package for TeX.  If you can't find LaTeX on your
   6     system, ask your local TeX maintainer where it's kept, since LaTeX
   7     should have come with your UNIX TeX distribution.
