  32 This document describes user-visible changes to the
  33 UCI version of the Rand \MH/ system that were made
  34 from \mh3 to \mh4.
  35 In particular,
  36 four facilities are discussed:
  37 multiple composition of drafts,
  38 user-defined sequences,
  39 the folder-stack,
  40 and,
  41 relative folder addressing.
  42 This document does not describe bug-fixes, per se,
  43 or internal changes,
  44 unless these activities resulted in a visible change for the \MH/ user.
